It is already 11.43pm. I dont think I will be able to write much today. Been travelling and attending a meeting today. Tired and sleepy. Have to get up at 5.00am for the morning walk. As a diabetic with High Cholestrol added in, I have to walk for keeping me on my legs.
I am afraid I have to sign off now.
